• User Content: We collect the data you upload to the platform to generate assessments, including Excel files, selectable-text PDFs, Word documents, images, and the resulting quizzes.
• Usage and Interaction Data: We record how you interact with the platform, such as quiz attempt history, performance metrics, and preference settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information primarily to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the CraftQuestAI platform.
• Process your documents using Artificial Intelligence models to generate automatic quizzes with questions and answer explanations.
• Provide performance analytics to teachers and students.
• Improve our algorithms and the overall user experience.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Selectable-text PDFs, Word documents, and other files you upload are securely processed by our AI systems to extract questions, answers, and explanations. We do not use your personal content or your students' data to train public AI models.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting services and Artificial Intelligence APIs strictly necessary for the operation of the platform.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our servers, you can do so in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or request it from the account deletion page, without needing the app installed.

6. Children's Privacy (Student Users)

Our services may be used by underage students only under the direct supervision, guidance, and explicit authorization of a teacher, educational institution, or legal parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the applicable jurisdiction) independently. Teachers or educational institutions using the "Teacher Module" assume the responsibility of obtaining any necessary parental consent before inviting students to the platform. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe we have collected information from your child without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately so we can delete such data from our servers.
