Delete your CraftQuestAI account

CraftQuestAI (OrigamiTechCr) lets you create an account in the Android, iOS, and web apps. You can request deletion of that account and associated data without reinstalling the app. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion from this page
Fill in the form with the email of your account. Your email client will open so you can send us the request. You can also email us directly.

Delete the account in the app
If you still have access to CraftQuestAI, deletion is immediate:
- Open CraftQuestAI and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm by typing DELETE.
What is deleted
- Your account is deactivated: you will no longer be able to sign in with that email.
- We delete or dissociate personal profile data (name, email, session tokens, and notification tokens).
- Content associated with the account (quizzes, attempts, uploaded files, and preferences) is no longer accessible.
- We may retain limited records required by law, fraud prevention, or billing (for example, payment receipts) for the legally required period.
Subscriptions
Deleting your CraftQuestAI account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play, the App Store, or PayPal. Cancel that subscription in the corresponding store to avoid future charges.
Timeframe
If you delete from the app, the account is deactivated immediately. If you request it by email, we process the request within 30 days.
Delete data without closing the account
If you only want us to delete some of your data (for example, a quiz, a file, or your history) and keep the account, email [email protected] with the account email and which data should be deleted.
